When I say a great pair of jeans, I mean a nice darker wash pair with minimal distressing that fits. YES - fitted. Relax, when I say fitted, it does NOT mean that they have to be bieber ball suffocated skinny jeans. Fitted means just fitted enough that without a belt, they wont fall to your ankles - it's that simple.
Try a dark wash a slim, straight or even a bootcut. The great thing about a dark straight leg is that it can be paired with anything, so finding a top to match will be easy. If you're the type of guy that has thicker thighs, then it's definitely going to be harder to find the right fit. So try a straight leg cut. The reason behind doing a straight cut instead of a bootcut it because if you have big thighs a straighter cut may balance out your legs little more than a bootcut - which may look more like a flare on you - and it's 2012 so not the look you want to go for.
Try: The Gap, Levi's, Jack & Jones, etc.
(source: Levi's - http://us.levi.com/)
Now that you have a great pair of jeans, pair it with a super fly shirt. This part of the outfit you can get a little funky with. But, when I say a nice shirt that doesn't mean a graphic tee from Guess or Armani Exchange. Unless you want to look like you washed up on the jersey shore, try a button down shirt.
Try: H&M, Urban Outfitters, ASOS, etc.
If a blazer is a new concept for you here's the low down. Use it like a lightjacket. Just through it on to finish off any outfit. If this is your first blazer, try one in a neutral colour - which, again, will make it easy to pair with the rest of your outfit.
Try: H&M, Zara, Banana Republic, etc.
Keep the hair simple - no girl wants a guy to spend more time on his hair then she spends on hers. AND get sleek pair of dress shoes for when you go out for dinner or to a classier club - preferably leather.
Try: Aldo, Spring, Town Shoes, etc.

So what's been catching my eye lately? Well, with summer inching closer I'm really loving the beach scene.
Although I love a little sand, sun, waves and hot tans - this isn't exactly the beach scene I'm thinking of.
The beach scene print is all the rage - gracing the designs of hot Jimmy Choo clutches and sleek swimsuits.
This fun print is the perfect way to play with colour and design by adding a light and bright piece to your outfit.

I gotta dish on how much I LOVE these sexy shoes. Obviously, from the infinitely fabulous Louis Vuitton, comes these posh pumps.
The smooth colourful leather body gives this gorgeous pump a pretty fairytale feel. Then this subtle shoe gets a hint of edge with metal toe cap.
These fairytale shoes are soft enough to wear during the day - but sexy and edgy enough to make a debut at night. AND with all the awesome colours they come in your fairytale's happy ending will be having them in every colour.
These Louis V's have stolen my heart. Be careful before they steal your's too.

A great make-up artist friend of mine, Shanelle, let me in on a little secret: One of the top grossing lip colours for spring - HOT Tangerine.
When I hear tangerine, I think orange - carrots, Garfield, that sort of thing. But here's the deal, this twisted tangerine is so much more than just a secondary orange. The best way I can think to describe this tertiary hue is tangerine tango. It's 3 parts zesty tangerine and 1 part spicy tango red.
Now, this colour looks super hot on lips, but I've been noticing it popping off the pages in all of my magazines. A lovely lady wearing this twisted tangerine is super hot and hard to miss.
Standout from the crowd in spring's trendiest haute hue - Twisted Tangerine Tango!

3. Current/Elliott denim skinny jeans, $365, Steve Madden block heels, $50, Alexis Bittar chocolate jewelry, $65, Tiffany Co 18k jewelry, $30,000, Kate Spade engraving jewelry, $250.
4. Leather clutch, $210, Alexander Wang black shorts, $625,Sam Edelman velvet shoes, £140.
Blazer: Drape jacket, £60
This is a perfect example of how to make one great blazer work with several different outfits.
To start: pick a blazer with a simple cut and a neutral colour - this blazer is a boyfriend cut for an oversized look and in a nude colour which allows it to be mixed and matched with many different outfits.
Outfit #1: Simple, laid-back, summer look. High-waisted jean shorts - I'm in LOVE with MinkPink's slashers shown above - with a light-weight simple white v-neck tee, comfy brown leather sandal, fedora and a great bag like this this Burberry one. The cross-body bag mixes a gorgeous summery blue with a brown leather to bring it back to a more neutral tone which again makes it easy to wear with lots of different outfits. Throw on the blazer for a comfy but cute daytime look.
Outfit#2: Play with some bright colours. This super fun bright neon maxi skirt is so cute paired with this House of Dereon studded bustier. Neon is always a fun and bright way to make an outfit more exciting and it's perfect for spring/summer. The dual tone wedges and handbag tie the whole outfit together. Again, pop on the perfect blazer and this look will have you catching glimpses all over town.
Outfit #3: The floral skinny. These Current/Elliot floral denim skinnies are retro sweet and chic for spring. With these fabulous Steve Madden block heels, it throws this look back in time a few decades. To make make this outfit 2012 modern, try the drapey and soft wilfred blouse with a few aqua bangles and slim-banded watch. With the blazer on top, this retro-rooted look is always appropriate.
Outfit #4: Aritzia's T. Babaton Sleeveless Sabrina blouse is adorable with it's mod cut and tux inspired design. Pair it with these Alexander Wang black leather shorts and black slippers like these velvet Sam Edelman's for mod but edgy look. Throw on the nude blazer and grab a cute black clutch to finish off the outfit.

I dedicate this look to the fabulous weather that makes me happy to get out of bed and let the sun shine down around me.
A look like this is simple but stylish. It can be mixed and matched to fit into any wardrobe. Pastels and bright colours are perfect for this gorgeous day. A floral or pastel printed top is the perfect way to add some energy and fun to your outfit. A tank like shown above is a great example of how to do this and with an a-line cut like that, it’s shape is very forgiving, making it perfect for any woman’s fabulous curves.
I paired the shirt with a great coloured denim, brown sandals, a cute striped messenger and some oversized sunglasses.
This outfit is simple enough for a busy girl to throw on and with the denim shirt on top, it’s a layering piece that adds warmth for the colder parts of the day all while looking super cute and stylish.

High-waisted shorts! So chic, so cute, so sassy!
Carven's spring collection has tons of sexy high-wasited shorts. The ivory pair looks so dreamy with the matching blazer. I especially love the dual coloured button-down placed underneath for a contrasting splash of colour. This ensemble is a perfect example of how to do a shorts suit for women with a unique flair.
The leather version is perfect for a night out! Pair it with a chic and bright blouse, hot pumps and a great clutch for a look thats totally trendy while still being uber sexy.
Jason Wu's spring 2012 RTW collection also did a great take on the high-wasited
I have to mention how adorable Versace's couture high-waisted shorts are too. I LOVE LOVE LOVE them. With fabulous construction even the more neutral colours can be bold and sassy.
Now I know that these may look a little short but HELLO - you've got sexy legs, shave them and show them off to the world in your sexy high-wasited shorts!

Dolce Gabbana scoop neck tank, £350, Vero Moda leather jacket
J brand skinny jeans, €275, Alexander McQueen clutch handbag, $1,380, Lancôme lip ringYves Saint Laurent glass jewelry, £140, Alexander McQueen Skull and tusk pendant, £245
Lipstick, $25, Night Sky 12 x 12 Paper, $1
The perfect luxurious red lips paired with an outfit like this, says I'm bad. Nothing's better than looking sexy and bad-ass for your night out on the town.
What girl doesn't want to have that outfit that makes them feel bad-ass? An ensemble like this will show that world your darker side, while looking HOT!!
A good pair of coloured denim is necessary for spring. Mix it up with a hot leopard print blouse - like this gorgeous one from D&G, a bad-ass leather jacket and to-die-for suede pumps (shout-out to Christian Louboutin). Pair it with some edgy gold jewellery and a fabulous red-hot clutch to tie it all together.
I just need to mention how IN LOVE I am with this Alexander McQueen skull clasp clutch. McQueen has several clutches of the same vintage shape but in several gorgeous, unique and amazing designs. I WANT THEM ALL.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you're doing a gorgeous red lip, make sure you're not also wearing too much red in your outfit. Too much red can be overpowering. If you want to wear red, do it right - with a small red accent, like in an accessory.
Be bad-ass in a hot outfit like this. Make MJ proud and ask who's bad?

New York Fashion Week displayed some of the hottest trends expected to hit this coming fall. BCBG Max Azria combines them perfectly. They have an awesome ready-to-wear collection, that I've got to talk about.
BCBG is known for their luxurious chiffon dresses, which I adore, but for Fall 2012 they've played them up a little bit differently. Bold panelled chiffon dress were a huge aspect of the collection. For fall, most people suspect typical deep rich colours. BCBG had hints of the deep rich fall/winter colour scheme but they revitalized it by throwing in lots of whites and bright colours. BCBG showed how to lighten up a fall ensemble effortlessly.
This fall, expect to see a lot more fur. BCBG showcased several different ways to wear fur. Fur clutches, scarves, vests, fringes - you get the idea. The fur is just an accessory used to enhance an outfit - not to fully take it over. I expect to see a lot more fur pieces popping up this fall.
BCBG Max Azria's Fall 2012 RTW collection is everything I want fall fashion to be. Take a look yourself at Vogue.com

Boys, this one is for you.
Hot date? Evening out? Fancy Event? Doesn't really matter - to be honest, bow ties are perfect for pretty much any occasion. Ladies, if you can't even get your man to look at a picture of a mall, then I suggest you take note for him instead.
Zara Man has a huge selection of bow ties with colours and patterns to suit any outfit. Plaid, stripes, anchors and even solid colours (for those who need to ease into it).
A simple black slim fitted suit, straight leg, with a crisp white button down can be played up with a punch of colour through a little bow tie - a classic men's look with a trendy twist.
Bow ties work with MORE than just a suit. For those men who aren't afraid of catching a woman's eye, try a dark wash slim fit jean, lightly patterned shirt and a bold coloured tie. Throw on a light cardigan and/or a blazer for a more layered look.
Don't be shy. The bow tie is a must have accessory for all you men out there.

Okay, I know what you're thinking. "WOW - white for spring how ground breaking" (said in a sarcastic connotation). I understand that white is a pretty obvious colour trend for spring every year - not just this one.
But I'm fashionably considerate so I want to remind everyone how great lightening up your gloomy winter wardrobe can be. Since it feels like winter is just beginning, I want to remind, once again, that spring WILL come eventually and the black on black on dark grey ensembles NEED to go.
I have a few examples of how hot white can be for spring. Givenchy's 2012 Spring Ready-to-Wear collection is the perfect example of how to incorporate white into an outfit successfully. White jeggings, loose white tops for perfect movement and the structured white blazer - perfect white pieces for spring.
Now, you don't have to wear all white but even just one perfect white piece will make your outfit perfect for spring. I highly recommend having a white blazer - both a dark blazer, like black or navy, and a light blazer, like white or beige, are wardrobe staples for women (AND men too).
Band of Outsiders' and Jason Wu's Spring RTW 2012 collections also showed off some white outfits with a-line cut skirts, cinched at the waist. Even Chloe did a few gorgeous white garments for spring as well.
Go light and bright. White for spring is the perfect way to lighten up your wardrobe and your mood.

Ego and Greed wedge bootie, $80. Jeffrey Campbell platform wedge, $165. McQ by Alexander McQueen pink bag, £425. Marc by Marc Jacobs shoulder handbag, $300. Marc by marc jacobs bag, $62. Michael Kors leather clutch handbag, $450. Lacoste unisex watch, $95. Neon jewelry, $35. SHOUROUK neon earrings, $360. Marc by Marc Jacobs neon belt, £105.
You might have seen this hot outfit on Lucy Hale (also known as Aria Montgomery) in last night's new episode of Pretty Little Liars. Aria always seems to have a unique and chic style unlike any other. Last night's episode confirmed her fashion forward style sense.
She had a sweet floral print a-line dress on - super cute for spring and summer. But, simple is NOT Aria's style. She made the sweet and simple outfit POP with hints of neon.
This is a great way to spruce up your outfits this spring. Pop a thin neon belt around your waist to enhance your hot bod and show everyone that your far from simple. Bright neon heels - like Aria's Jeffrey Campbell Darian wedges - are also a hot and chic to way throw people for a loop.
A hot pink watch or lime green bag are both perfect ways to enhance an outfit with neon. Or how about switching up a boring old laptop case for a bright hot lime green one like this Marc by Marc Jacobs sleeve.
Let's all take a page out of Aria's book and spice up our spring wardrobe with hints of neon!

I've got some hot nail picks for spring. The perfect colours and prints to bring in spring.
ASOS has super hot aztec print nail wraps. Have sexy nails with the ease of a sticker. No need for a mani appointment and they save you 40 bucks.
I love Essie's Sweet Talker nail polish. It's the perfect pastel blue with a hint of shimmer. OPI has a bright lime green hue, so hot that it'll grab anyone's attention.
If you're like me and for some reason you always have to open a pop can or to pry something open with your nails right after painting them, then you'll love Sephora by OPI's Drying Drops. Put a drop on each nail right after painting them and in one minute you'll be ready to go. On top of that, the formula has vitamins and oils to help treat and nourish your nails.
Sometimes nothing's sexier than a bare healthy nail. Sephora by OPI also has a great nail strengthener perfect for getting your nails in shape.
It's fashion for your nails.

Spring is coming! Well sooner or later, it will come. Even if the weather outside is cold and dreary, sometimes, even if it's just for a moment, the sun comes out. When it does, here's the perfect accessory to embrace the rays - chic sunglasses.
Fendi, never fails to present unique and sexy sunglasses for their runways shows. These big and bold glasses are HOT for spring! Their gorgeous oversized, frameless shades were displayed in several different hues - with the lens tinted just enough to still show your beautiful eyes through.
Zac Posen and Derek Lam also did colourful and playful sunglasses for their Spring 2012 RTW collections. Lanvin had a similar look to Fendi, with the more transparent frameless sunglass, but still kept the dark tradition intact.
Though I love the Anna Wintour, oversized, black sunglass look. I want to challenge you to change it up and try a big and bold sunglass that pops and turns heads.
